Ayurvedic Health Club in Digha

We have identified a beautiful spot of more than 3 acres virtually on the Digha beach where one can set up an eco-friendly health club - where no cement, concrete or even steel can be used to set up the cottages etc. We have in mind something like the following (taken from the web; just to show that it can be done):

An Expression of Interest has appeared in papers today (see Time of India, for example):

  1. Fantastic initiative Sir, no doubt. Just great. :-)

So Sir, again I have a few questions:

    1. So are we planning to have some tourist cottages here? That will attract more people to this spot rather than having just the health club?

    2. Are we going to connect this place through the ropeway we are planning to have?

    3. Are we going to have some water sports in this area like water scooter, snorkeling etc?

My whole idea is to have this 3 ( if possible more acre) as a complete entertainment package. That will draw more people to this place.

My other question is are we planning something similar in South 24 Parganas ( Sunderban area)? In Gosaba? Anything are we planning in Bakkhali Beach?

  2. one of the best in the world is in Dubai -

Hope we review the proposals and check if their plans are truly international, before implementation.

  3. Maybe a Eco-tourism Project, with different types of eco-cottages and a campsite and Spa facilities.
    Here is something similar ....

  4. @Suman: I followed your link. There is too much concrete.
@Arun: I saw your link too. Quite good, some photos. Please send emails to them to see if they are interested.
@Abhisekh: Yes, there will be cottages of course. Other things (waater sports, ropeway etc are being followed up too)
